ThirdSphere's shared hosting services have been discontinued, and this account has been suspended.

If you are the owner of this account you must read the following carefully to keep your account files from being permanently deleted.

On August 5th, 2010 Paridox Ventures sent an email to all ThirdSphere shared hosting customer notifying them that as of September 5th shared hosting services would be discontinued. You can read the email HERE

This does not apply to ARP3 or ListMail Pro customers. If you are using one of these programs please write to us at helpdesk@thirdsphere.com so we can move your account to our ARP/ListMail cluster which we will continue to host.

There is an additional three day grace-period where we are allowing customers access to their files free-of-charge in order to move their websites to new hosting companies. We recommend that you move your account to HostGator and we have created a series of helpfiles to help you have a hassle-free move to HostGator, our recommended hosting company. Beginning on September 8th, if the site owner still has not downloaded and moved their account to a new hosting company, and they wish to buy more time to download their files, they can buy a 24hour download period, at the following prices.

We gave our customers 30 days notice that we were discontinuing shared hosting services, and have spent the last 30 days helping people move their accounts to HostGator, and some of our customers to other hosting companies

During the three-day grace period (before we start charging for a download period), we are happy to unsuspend your account so that you can download your files. However, we are not under any obligation to help you move your account, other than unsuspending. To the extent that we are able to help you we will. But if the queue is too long and we are unable to get to your ticket you are still responsible for moving your account.

Three days is enough time to move to your account to HostGator, but it's not enough time for your DNS to propagate fully. So there is no time to waste. So please write to us immediately so that we can unsuspend your account and get your account moved.

If there is money owed on your ThirdSphere account we will not be able to unsuspend your account until it is paid in full.

We reserve the right to refuse service for any request we deem to be unreasonable, but if you want to ask, please go ahead. The worst we can do is say no. Please understand though if we do say no, it means no.

If you would like to have your account unsuspended so that you can move it to HostGator, or another hosting company, please write to helpdesk@thirdsphere.com right now to start the process. Remember, your website is suspended so when you write to us, use an email address that is not on a suspended account. We recommend gmail.com if you need a free email address.
